Breakfast Diet

Pretty simple and healthy breakfast. 3 hard boiled eggs, banana and yogurt. 459 calories is enough to get me through my morning workout. It's been a while since I've stuck to a strict diet. Back in my competitive wrestling days I would eat very healthy. A steady diet of fruits in the morning and afternoon would help me stay energized and lean. It's really neat to return to my old ways. Lately I've been cutting back on carbs like bread, rice and pasta. From time to time I'll have some toast, pizza and pasta but I make it a priority to have small portions. Any day now my six pack should return. LOL

   Hi, It's me Rafael.  I love my smart watch. The best thing about this watch is having a personal assistant on your wrist.  On my long walks, runs or any activity the watch is monitoring your level of activity.  I personally like when my watch informs me that I reached a milestone or have recorded a personal best achievement.
