Since taking on the 30 day jump rope challenge, I have made tremendous improvements on my cardiovascular endurance. If your trying to lose weight, improve your stamina or tone up try the 30 day jump rope challenge. Now I'm adding some TRX Suspension Training
and some Resistance Band exercises. My body composition has transformed in just 20 days. Once I complete the 30 days I plan on switching it up and trying another 30 day challenge.
