Update and New Challenge

One more week remaining till I complete the 30 day jump rope challenge. I'm adding a 7 day weight loss challenge. This should produce some interesting results and I bet that my weight will drop a few pounds. I am looking forward to taking a break from jump roping. My plan is to take a week off and return and possibly do another 30 day cycle. The results that I feel are just to great to ignore. Everyday I'm making it a priority to use the TRX Suspension System. The TRX is helping stretch and do warm up exercises. Eventually I will incorporate more challenging workouts with the TRX.
